We are in this together

"Success is not dependent on just one thing" - Dr. Al Purvis

You and I both love to hear the stories of heroes who were able to accomplish something great. In the moment of hearing these stories, all of our focus is on the hero, and not of the people who helped them along the way.

If you were to take time to notice, you would find that there are many characters in the story that, if they were not included, the hero would have never succeeded.

Those characters are not characters, the are partners fighting towards a common goal. That is why they all come alongside the hero.

You and I look up to those heroes, and want to be like them. The trouble with wherever you go is that there are so many needs in this world that if you could clone yourself, you could fix things for people and be the hero. Except that, until you prove yourself for 20 years, they will not listen to you and want your help anyway.

So, what you and I need to do is connect and partner with those who want to be heroes, and part of the story.

Imagine all that you could do if you had the right people partnering with you. That is the Power of Partnership

Resources and relationships can go where you can't

If I cannot go, I can send, and if I do not send, how can anybody go?

Isn't it prideful to think that you can support yourself? Yet, we love to think of those heroes and say "they did it all by themselves" "one guy can take a nation" "If they can do it alone, I can too

Even the Apostle Paul in the Bible had partners, and he teaches about partnership in his letter to the Philippians (more specifically in chapters 1:3-8 & 4:10-20).

Resources + Relationships = Revival

Partnership is a relationship, and a commitment to work together towards a common goal. You partner with people, businesses, and ministries because we are all doing this together.

When you sow into the lives of others, and into the ministry, it is something that is of value. Value that will never be lost, and can never be taken away.

I need people that will partner with me, and you need people that will partner with you. Let's make it happen.

We have each other's backs

There is a confidence that comes when you do something when no one else is doing anything.

God has a call on your life and He's called you to do something that you do not have a huge army for.

You and I both want to be that guy, that hero, who fights the war even though he is outnumbered. So, we go to our brothers and tell them we are going to war and going to win, are you going to help us? AND they say NO!

They say "Well, maybe if you win a war, then we will get behind you" How Ridiculous, and despicable!

If there are people in your life saying this, here are some questions you should ask them:

1) Are you really my brothers if you will not help?

2) Are you really part of this vision when it is helping you to do what God has called you to do?

3) Am I out here fighting alone?

You need to have confidence in what God has called you to do, and God has equally called your brothers to get involved. You and I are not asking please, God isn't saying please, other than to be polite.

What's Next? If you made it this far, here are some questions you might want to ask yourself.

1) Do you have partners in your life?

2) Are you willing to partner alongside your brothers?

3) Will you partner with me?

  • If you want to partner with me, send me an email: natesnotepad@gmail.com

  • Thank you to those how have partnered with me, Julia Richman, Lynn Voskamp, Marlon Lozada, Ray & Gen Richards, my parents, and my grandparents.
